क्या देश ने कुछ होनहार PCS Officer देखे है ?
PCS की तैयारी करने के पहले मन मैं ये सवाल तो आया ही होगा की क्या देश ने कुछ होनहार PCS officers देखे है ? तो आपको बताते है हमारे महान लेखक श्री Shrilal Shukla जी के बारे मैं। Shrilal Shukla जी हिंदी के एक महान लेखक थे जो की अपने हास्य व्यंग के कारन जाने जाते थे।
Shrilal Shukla जी ने कई वर्षो तक PCS officer की नौकरी की थी और उसके बाद उनके अच्छे काम के कारन उन्हें IAS officer बनाया गया था। उन्होंने अपने जीवन काल मैं 25 से भी ज़्यादा किताबें लिखी है जिनमे से कुछ आज भी हम सबके दिल मैं बसी है जैसे की मकान , राग दरबारी , सूनी घाटी का सूरज , पहला पड़ाव एवं बिश्रामपुर का संत।
उन्होंने हमेशा अपने किताबो के ज़रिये हमे ये बताया है की कैसे आज हमारी भारत की महान संस्कृति डूबते जा रही है। उनकी किताब राग दरबारी को अंग्रेज़ी एवं 15 अन्य भाषाओ मैं भी लिखा गया है। 2011 मैं श्री Shrilal Shukla जी की मौत हो गयी है पर उनके विचार आज भी हमारे साथ है उनके किताबो के रूप मैं।
PCS Officer बनने के लिए क्या क्या योग्यताएं चाहिए ?
अगर आपने सोच लिया है की आपको PCS officer ही बन न है तो कुछ योग्यतायें है जो की आपको पूर्ण करनी पड़ेंगी और वे नीचे दिए गए है।
उम्र :
PCS officer बनने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 21 वर्ष एवं ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 40 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। परन्तु कुछ ऐसी भी स्थितियां है जहाँ पर अधिकतम उम्र पर थोड़ी छूट दी गयी है। ऐसी सभी स्थिति हमने नीचे दे दी है।

आपकी degree :
अगर आप की उम्र ऊपर दिए गए योग्यताओं के साथ मेल कहती है तो अब समय है आपकी पढाई की ओर जाने का। ऐसे तो PCS officer बनने के लिए 10 + 2 की परीक्षा आपको पार करनी होती है एवं उसके साथ आपके पास एक graduation की भी degree होना अनिवार्य है परन्तु कुछ कुछ पदों के लिए आपसे कुछ और भी degree मांग सकते है जो की नीचे दिए गए है।

PCS ki taiyaari kaise kare ?
आपकने सभी योग्यतायें भी देख ली है तो अब जानते है की PCS की तैयारी कैसे की जाये। नीचे आपके लिए हमने PCS की परीक्षा कैसे होती है यह पूर्ण ढंग से बता दिया है एवं उसका पूर्ण syllabus भी हमने दे दिया है।
Preliminary Examination
हमारे PCS officer बनने की राह पे ये पहला कड़ा होता है जहा पर आपको २ paper देने पड़ते है जो की दोनों ही Objective Based MCQ होते है। यह परीक्षा आम तौर पर हर वर्ष March से May के बीच होती है। यहाँ पर दोनों paper ही 200 अंको के होते है और दोनों के लिए ही आपको 2 घंटो का समय दिया जाता है।

Indian and World Geography – Socio-economic, Physical geography

Mains Examination हमारे PCS officer बनने की राह पर दूसरा भाग होता है जो की हर साल सितम्बर के महीने मैं होता है। Mains की परीक्षा आप तब ही दे सकते है जब आपने Preliminary Examination पार कर ली हो।
Mains की परीक्षा मैं 8 paper होते है जिसमे हमारे देश और समाज से जुड़े एवं अन्तराष्ट्री स्तर से जुड़े कई बातें जान न ज़रूरी होती है और यह सातों paper हमारे लिए Descriptive यानी की लिखित होते है।

Personal Interview Round
ये आपका आखरी पड़ाव होता है एक PCS officer बनने की राह पर। अगर आपने Main की परीक्षा पार कर ली है तो अब आपको खुद पर काम करना शुरू कर देना चाहिए क्यूंकि अब आपका एक personal interview round होने वाला है।
ये Personal Interview Round काफी ज़्यादा महत्वपूर्ण होता है क्यूंकि यहाँ पर आपकी बात करने की योग्यता , आपका सामान्य ज्ञान , आपकी सोच एवं आपके बारे मैं बाकि सब चीज़े जानी जाती है। यहाँ पर एक काफी ग्यानी panel आपका interview लेते है और ये इंटरव्यू काफी ज़्यादा तनाव भरा होता है तो हमे अपना शांत स्वाभाव नहीं खोना है क्यूंकि वहां पर panel का मूल उद्देश्य यही है की वे पुरे शांत स्वाभाव के साथ आप कैसे हर परिस्थिति से गुज़रते है वो देखना है।
