— Uday Kotak (@udaykotak) December 29, 2023अगर आप सोच रहे है की क्या इस देश मैं कुछ अच्छे बंकरो ने जन्म लेकर यहाँ की बैंको की स्थिति सुधरी है तो इसका जवाब है जी हाँ देश ने ऐसे कई bankers देखे है जिन्होंने देश की Banking के काम काज को ही बदल दिया है। आज उनमे से ही एक Uday Kotak जी के बारे मैं हम आपको बताएँगे।
Uday Kotak जी हमारे देश के काफी जाने मने bank , Kotak Mahindra Bank के Founder है। 1980 मैं जब भारत एक बंद Economy थी और कई सारी MNC ने Kotak जी को नौकरी देने की कोशिश की , Uday Kotak जी ने सभी तरह की नौकरियों को ठुकरा कर अपना खुदका एक Financial Institution खोलने का फैसला किया।
धीरे धीरे उन्होंने Bill Discount करना , गाडी एवं घर Finance करना , Life Insurance एवं Stockbroking तक अपनी पकड़ बना ली थी और वे धीरे धीरे भारत सर्कार की नज़र मैं आने लगे। 22 March 2003 मैं , Kotak Mahindra Finance LTD भारत के इतिहास मैं पहला ऐसा Financial Institution बना जिसे Reserve Bank of India के द्वारा एक Banking License प्रदान किया गया।
उस दिन के बाद से भारत की banking की अवस्था पूरी बदल गयी है और आज भी Kotak Mahindra Bank काफी जाना माना एवं काफी प्रचलित बैंको मैं से एक है।
Bank की परीक्षा देने के लिए क्या क्या योग्यता होनी चाहिए ?
अगर आपने काफी समय से ये तय करके रखा है की आपको banking की ओर ही जाना है तो कुछ चीज़ो का आपको ध्यान रखना है। नीचे दिए गयी सभी योग्यताएं आपको पूर्ण करनी है तब ही आप banking की परीक्षा देने के योग्य होंगे।
- अगर आप किसी भी bank के Probationary Officer की परीक्षा दे रहे है जैसे की SBI PO या फिर IBPS PO , तो उसके लिए आपकी उम्र 20 से 30 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
- अगर आप Bank के clerk की परीक्षा देना चाहते है जैसे की SBI Clerk या फिर IBPS Clerk तो आपकी उम्र 20 से लेकर 28 वर्ष तक होनी चाहिए।
- आम तौर पर हर बैंक चाहती है की आपके पास कम से कम एक graduate की डिग्री तो हो ही।
- आपका एक भारतीय नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है।
